Become A Trustee

Rotherham Rise is a registered charity that provides advice and support for adults and children who have experienced Domestic Violence and Abuse through providing refuge accommodation and community support services.  We also provide support and access to counselling for people affected by Child Sexual Exploitation.

Notes

We welcome applications from people who are currently under-represented in our organisation, including disabled candidates and Black and minoritised candidates. People with lived experience of the issues linked to our work are also encouraged to apply. Each applicant will be individually assessed regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, religion or belief.

Rotherham Rise strives to be an equal opportunities employer and encourages applicants from diverse backgrounds.

Appointments are subject to Rotherham Rise receiving an enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service and references that we consider acceptable.

Please note that applications will not be accepted by candidates who are under 18 years of age, this is due to the expectation that the role will include working with vulnerable adults and children.
